Returns, Cancellations and Refund Policy

Returns

Any unwanted items or orders can be returned to 100 Percent Herbal Ltd for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Please email sales@100percentherbal.co.uk with your order number and details of the returned items.

Return Details

Please remember to include your order details inside the parcel so we know when we have received your return and can process your refund.

Cancellations

Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours. 

Please email sales@100percentherbal.co.uk and we will advise if it can be cancelled. If it has already been shipped you will need to return it to our warehouse as detailed above.

Refunds

You will receive your refund 5-7 business days after your item arrives back at our warehouse and is checked by our customer service team. During busy periods this time could increase to up to 14 business days.
